EasyScape Fire Escape Ladder is perfect for tangle free rapid deployment. This ladder is rolled up with a plastic sheet separating the layers. 

The ladder is simply clipped to eyebolts that are installed permanently underneath the window.  .4.3metres (14ft) & 7 metres (23ft) fire escape ladder suitable for 2 & 3 storey buildings
