Shipments and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via various carriers dependent on the item ordered.  Please contact us directly if you require a tracking number or POD.

Free deliveries and the cost of delivery on our website apply only to deliveries within Mainland UK.  Please contact us for a delivery cost should you wish to arrange a deliver outside of this area.


Damaged Items

We want your items to arrive in good working order and will be happy to replace any product which is damaged or defective as a result of the manufacturing process or the delivery of your order.

Any damaged products should be reported to us within 24 hours, failure to do so may impact upon any refunds given. It is your responsibility to check your order for damage or defect.  If the outer packaging is damaged upon arrival, please check your goods are not damaged before accepting the order from the courier. Please do not accept any knowingly damaged goods as these will then be returned automatically. 

If you have already received your order, please contact us directly to deal with any damaged items so we can arrange a collection/replacement or refund.  On certain occasions, we may ask you to take photographs of any damaged items or packages to assist us with your return.  This may be especially important where you feel your item has been damaged in transit and a picture of the delivery is especially helpful.


Unless faulty, returns may be subject to a re stocking fee which will vary dependant on the item ordered.  Products built to specific client specifications are unable to be returned or refunded once received or when they have gone into the manufacturing process.

Please contact us directly should you wish to arrange a return.  The customer is responsible for packaging and returning unwanted items and a refund will only be given once the item arrives in a suitable, resalable condition.
